Take A Look At Our Cancellation Policy.

Our business is dependent upon advanced reservations, which means your date is reserved as soon as your deposit is received. You may cancel your reservation 10 days before the date of your rental at no charge. If you cancel within 7 and 9 days of your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 and receive a refund of the remaining deposit balance.  Cancellations within 7 days of your rental will result in full loss of deposit. All rentals cancelled within 72 hours will incur a 100% charge. Booking fees are non-refundable. There is no compensation for late arrivals or early return. Not showing up is considered a cancellation by the renter. 

In the event it is raining or there is severe weather at the time of your rental, it will be cancelled at no charge. Rentals will not be cancelled based on the forecast but rather day of conditions. Severe weather is defined by local reporting stations and is relevant only to the immediate vicinity as weather conditions can vary significantly across the city. Severe weather is usually temporary, so there may only be a delayed departure rather than a cancellation. Your captain will help you make decisions regarding severe weather and discuss your options.
